Outstanding customer service! You will not find an online store nowadays that would be willing to answer your questions that thoroughly. Sales representative was so knowledgeable and helpful, that I wouldn't even bother to go look elsewhere for my new bathroom vanity.
I will shop here every time I need something for my home. Recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. This is the third time I’m ordering from them so yeah they won me over I’m a return customer. Honestly I wish other furniture sites took notes from them. I’ve never ordered furniture online from a place with customer service that’s this good. I worked with Paul specifically and he answered every question I had, was patient, and when my vanity finally arrived I was satisfied with everything. I recommend Homethangs to all my friends because of the service I receive. I’m glad nothing was damaged in shipping since I know that happens sometimes.

This company is unscrupulous at best. They advertise a price and then do not honor it and cancel the order after realizing the price elsewhere has gone up. They claim the manufacturer is out of stock, but, if you check with the manufacturer, that is not the case. In fact, they will raise the price the next day and keep it posted on their website. The bigger problem is, if you are in a time crunch, they lose you valuable time because they will not tell you they have canceled your order for 4 days. Scumbags in my opinion.

I ordered a sink bowl for a bathroom. The site said the item was in stock. When I went to check out the site declined a credit card that I use all the time and have never had any issues with before. So, I purchased the item with another credit card with no issues. Several days later, HomeThangs contacted me to cancel my order saying that the item was not is stock. Not sure if this is even a real company... really poor handling of the entire process. I would avoid wasting time with this company.

Finally I have my new bathroom vanity set installed, which I had ordered from Homethangs.com a few weeks ago. It looks absolutely gorgeous, everything arrived just in time for the Holidays, for all my guests to admire! :) I love the quality of the product, it was a James Martin bathroom vanity with a tall storage cabinet and a beautiful countertop. I also ordered a faucet and a mirror from them, which arrived separately, prior to the cabinet itself. My whole experience with Homethangs was very positive, love the customer service, they really helped me out in making up my mind, when I could not decide between the two, they also gave me an extra discount, so the whole set fits my budget. I will be remodelling my second bathroom after the Holidays, and Im working with Homethangs to pick my new tub and tiles for it, cant wait!

We have purchased 3 vanities from HomeThangs over the past 3 years and been really happy with the prices and service. All 3 orders arrived promptly (5-10 business days). 2 of the orders were fine, but the most recent vanity was damaged during shipping. HomeThangs customer service ordered a replacement for us, and it looks good. We would recommend them and will use them again.

I dont buy that much online so didnt know who to trust. Homethangs had the best price so I took a chance. Boy did that pay off. Ordered a vanity, and it came in 4 days, no issues what so ever. Will be back when I'm ready to remodel 2nd bathroom.
